DO NOT use Joe Scott. I've had the most traumatic experience with him. I employed him to replace a downstairs toilet and vanity unit. After he left I discovered that he had dropped the toilet and broken it, but didn't tell me. He had also made the holes too big on the toilet unit and tried to cover it up with silicone. The toilet had been placed on pieces of wood and he had tried to also cover that with silicone. In fact there was silicone everywhere, including walls and my Karndean floor. He had not secured the toilet or the boxing for the pipes and he had drilled the screws through the sides of the vanity unit. He promised to replace everything but failed to do so. Funny how the review on checkatrade was different and how the insurance claim was yet again different. I broke ant replaced the toilet and unit. In this review i lefr silicone on the floor. On the insurance claim i drenched and ruined the floor caused an air lock and turned off the gas needing a gas call out. Would br a good idea to stick to one story actually glad you left this review as along with our texts and emails this makes you look like a bullshitter

Since i Was 17 i started as a plasterers labuorer and when i was able to plaster i moved into renovations and learned all aspects of fitting kitchens and bathrooms
What guarantee does your work come with?
All work has a 2 week cooling off period where the customer can find any little snags that need doing and as soon as they have made their list i will be around to put them right.
Any major issues should they occur will be put right immediately
and any sort of guarantee the customer would like can be arranged at the quotation stage
What do you love most about your job?
when you do a good job, the customer is happy and they recommend you.
in this game its so easy to get a bad reputation.
No one trust builders so when you get good reviews and people tell their friends it makes it all worth while
