Scott Timber Buildings is a family run business manufacturing quality, made to measure garden and utility buildings. We offer the full service, including but not limited to, planning permission and ground works to delivery and installation. We have one of the largest outdoor display showrooms in the county and our Longwater show site is open 7 days a week.

We ordered our choice of summerhouse in April when we visited the garden centre at Kelling. The salesman was very helpful and thorough in getting our order correct. Two friendly workman came in June to lay the paving stone base which they had already pre-cut to size. The work was very tidily carried out. On the hottest day of the year six lads came early with our summerhouse and completed the installation by noon. We were absolutely thrilled with it and are still enjoying it each day. It is well made and a joy to look at. Our next door neighbour cannot believe how lovely it is. A fine addition to our garden. We will recommend you to all our Norfolk friends. More...

Where do I start ]- Don't deliver nationwide/wanted 12' x 9' summerhouse, when erected it was 2" less on both sides -so my slab is oversize -answer was we only deal in metric sizes therefore your 12' x 9' would not actually be 12' x 9' !
!!!!!-then why have you also got imperial sizes on your website???/ tongue/groove is so thin I can see the sun through it and had a split panel I have had to seal/my builder recommends sheeting the floor as it is very weak/ screws supplied too long and go through leaving a sharp point -not good with children around/asked for cabin hooks response the NO box is circled and you accepted that (wonder who circled the box) but they can supply at extra cost + postage!!/ had to redrill the location points for the door bolts as not deep enough to allow slide bolt to engage. Called head office -totally blanked by lady who answered -not interested at all-fantastic PR -like not!!!

Just had a complete waste of time with these guys who decided to put their prices up by 10% between my first visit and second visit to their website.
I was told that they are not in business not to make money.
I remain confused why this wasn't explained when we actually visited the establishment to view the product.
They couldn't be swayed that this was not good trading pratice.

Having researched shed manufacturers and there construction for over a year, I was glad I chose a Scott product. The sheds / workshops are very well made from quality materials. I chose a 4.2 m x 3 m Pent style workshop with double doors. I also opted to have Scott’s erect the workshop too. Money well spent. The guys had the workshop erected in just over 2 hours, and left the area clean and tidy. Oh my goodness - where do I start?! Firstly we just LOVE our summerhouse - such amazing quality. We decided to put it up ourselves - we are not particularly practically minded so I'm not sure why, so when we got stuck I sent an email to the company who emailed straight back with what to do next and a WhatsApp contact if we had any future questions. Needless to say we had loads and Josh at Scott's Sheds was fantastic with messaging straight back with photos and instructions. We bought a shed here in 2008. It looks as good today as it did then. The service was second to none. The only day we could go there it was closed the owner came in and opened up for us. The quality was so good and so well made. The delivery was on time and put together very quickly by two cheerful young men. Paul at Longwater has been excellent, he came up with a great way for me to get an office in our modest sized garden. Really smooth process and friendly fitters. When we bought our shed here the staff were very helpful. They knew their products and were interested in helping us find a shed that was right for us. Delivery was prompt and the drivers unloaded the shed to where we wanted it. All necessary parts were included amd the shed went together fairly easily, although two people are really necessary to make the job easier. We did a lot of research for our first Scott's shed last autumn. When we compared like for like (materials/heavy duty/quality etc) they came out best for the price. Josh was so helpful and professional when we chose the exact model and it went very smoothly. The base was laid, and erection carried out by Scott and is first rate. We are delighted with our (3.5x5m) workshop. In fact so delighted we just went back to order a smaller one with a non-standard specification for an awkward space.
