Had a couple of issues with the control panel, lights flashing, intermittent beeps. Called for a tech to show up, had a prompt response. Tech was very thorough, spent quite some time at our house, checked out the whole system and no problems since. Also did something to the control panel to avoid me having to reset the clock for the daylight savings time changes. More...

I've been with Scott Security for years and I am very impressed with thier monitoring station. My brother just burnt some food (minor but set off the home smoke detectors as well as the monitor detectors and they were calling me within seconds.
