We contacted Scotchie's to make cupcakes for an event we had at my job, where we were expecting about 100 guests. Dan worked diligently to create a flavor that fit our theme, which was citrus, and even dropped off some samples for staff to try a few weeks before the event! I stopped in to inquire about ordering a Scotchie's cake and spoke with the owner Dan. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. He showed me the different decorations and items to choose from. Took home and tried the chocolate and vanilla cupcakes. The chocolate was a devils food with white buttercream icing and vanilla with strawberry. They were moist and fluffy topped with the creamy frosting. Delicious! Scotchie’s made my daughter’s birthday cupcakes. They were super easy to work with and communicated effectively through e-mail and over the phone. I went in Aug 12 (last minute) with ideas for my daughter’s mermaid theme birthday party. They helped me design cute and affordable vanilla and chocolate cupcakes. The party was today (Aug 17), and they gave me one less thing to worry about by delivering my cupcakes on time. They are a pleasure to work with. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I had a last minute order for a pancake cake for a brunch party. They were very reasonable in their price and I wish they had a tipping option because the service was very friendly and not flustered for having such a request. I ordered a very detailed speciality cake and Dan was able to turn it around in just 2 days! It turned out exactly like the example I sent him and it tasted just as good as it looked. On top of how simple it was to order the cake and pick it up, he kindly helped me out to my car with the cake and threw in some birthday candles and a cake cutter. This is the best bakery, and has a wonderful owner! Each May, for several years, I have ordered a birthday cake for my daughter from ScotchiesDan, the owner, goes out of his way to deliver her cake at often, inconvenient times. Yesterday, I called and needed a cake! I forgot to order until the last minute! Most bakeries won’t even listen to you about your absentmindedness, but Dan does! He thoughtfully agreed to deliver her cake today while my daughter was at work at her Winter Park hair salon. Dan and I decided that he would deliver the cake by 4:00 Saturday, the next afternoon I never tell her my daughter so that she will be surprised. She works late every Saturday, but I just happened to ask her how late she would be working. Oh Nooo; she was leaving work at 3:00!!I called Dan, begging for him to change the time to 1:00. He totally accommodated and did, indeed, deliver the delicious masterpiece by 1:00! She and her coworkers were thrilled. This is my forever bakery! The customer service is beyond compare. The texture, taste and appearance of their cakes are amazing. What sets Scotchie's apart is that you feel like you're visiting old friends. I called them in a state, and Dan calmly solved our cake dilemma. He was so accessible, and confident that he could deliver what I needed. He delivered it to our venue along with two awesome ballon bouquets (they do that too). The cake was decorated with flowers picked personally by his mom from her garden.They have also prepared 200 of the yummiest cupcakes for a 5th grade graduation. Our wedding cake was absolutely amazing. Scotchies was professional, delivered our cake on time, reasonably priced, and was incredibly delicious. We got the yellow and chocolate cake with Bavarian cream filling and almond butter cream on the outside. Everyone complemented the almond butter cream. How sweet; pun intended!  This adorable cupcake cake was made by Dan and his sweet mom to help me surprise my hubby for his big 50th birthday. It was the perfect theme as he works with a bunch of people that attended SEC schools so this cake was a big hit at the party! l called a couple hours before I arrived to ask about a sampling. We were greeted as warmly as the Florida sunshine. The cake tasting was so moist and delicious and icing and filling was quite tasty. Due to construction in my home I had to make a last minute order for cupcakes.  Called in the morning and they were ready for a 3:30 pick up.  I ordered the variety pack which included carrot cake, red velvet, chocolate and vanilla.  They were soooo yummy!  Hopefully the calories were removed while baking because they were inhaled at my meeting! I ordered a custom cake for a very special occasion. They went above and beyond! All of my 50 guest we're amazed with the cake! !! They got it exactly what i was going for. I had a cake emergency from the big apple and Scotchie's saved the day. I needed a same-day delivery for a custom cake outside the typical Scotchie's delivery zone, but with a quick call, they worked with me and the cake that was received exceeded all cuteness expectations. The team here really cares about the customer. They charged me a bit more for delivery, but you can't put a price on convenience. Honestly, I cannot say enough about this company. If you need cake delivery in Orlando, or if you need to deliver a cake from anywhere in America Scotchie's is who you want by your side. They make cake delivering an art and I'm their biggest fan.
