WOW- we have designed a whole range of questions so that we can identify exactly what our clients want so that we don't fail to meet their expectations and are able to produce exactly what they envisioned for their project. Our questions will also challenge and help our clients to clarify their objectives and even evaluate & challenge their initial desires, which on many occasions leads them being more certain about the path they have chosen and on other occasions helps them make positive adjustments as on occasions our questions may highlight flaw or missed areas.

Ultimately we want our clients to be a success, as one of our mantras is Their success is our Success.

Our initial creative process may seem a bit slow & laborious but we believe in being very Diligent & Circumspect when it comes to clients dreams & business.
We insist on getting a good feel or understanding about them, where they are coming from and where they want to go.

Then the next step is to draw out from them their Vision & Expectation using a series of intentionally crafted questions. To be honest, the hardest part of the work is the initial stages. But once we are satisfied we have what we need and we double check with client its all systems go and our design team can get to work and get their website, logo & product to them in a matter of days.

We potentially ask a wide range of questions in our client brief, so that we can then distill the information gathered and put it into a clear actionable plan that will result in the production of the clients expectation. Questions range from background information, goals, purpose, audience insights, performance indicators, strategy and more. What ever it takes to get as clear a picture of what is required as well as use our experience and intuition to meet the clients need is employed.

As a team, we love the sense of Accomplishment we get when we complete and deliver a project to a happy client. Getting paid for it is the cherry on top. Ultimately our work or job is Fulfilling.
