My family loves this gym! And I love that my whole family loves this gym. Coach Mike can teach everyone from the beginner child , to the beginner adult, to the amateur fighter. He has women's classes which I love and he is happy to show how the sport can be used in see defense if necessary. I'm really lucky to have found this great school under instructor Michael Gioe. I dropped in to a gi class over Christmas break and had a blast learning from Michael and drilling and rolling with a fellow white belt who proved a challenging and respectful partner.
