I have been a member of SHF for just about 3 years now . I have Had 2 knee Surgeries and had a baby in that 3 year span , I credit SHF and the awesome coaches For helping me get back on track and in shape after each one of those events . This incredible gym and these wonderful people have changed my life... As an almost 57 year old man with 5 surgeries over 6years. .
