Amazing , so beautiful the lady that was our guide she was so full of history of the place and the man was super smart with his moves as the year went on and the love he had for his wife and what he would do for her o my , this place is just a wow factor for weddings! We had the pleasure of using Schedel for our wedding ceremony and I wouldn’t have changed a thing! Veronica was so attentive from the day we booked the venue until the last chair was removed after the ceremony! The grounds were beautiful, and all of our guests were so impressed. There aren’t enough words to thank everyone who helped make our big day one we will always remember. We highly recommend going to the Beer and Wine tasting event at Schedel Arboretum & Gardens the 1st Thursday of each month. We had so much fun and the food was fabulous catered by Carpe Diem Catering. We also toured the beautiful gardens with our wonderful volunteer guide Elaine. The colorful outdoor gardens cover acres of property. Most of the trees and plant names are marked. The water features are a bonus to the flowers. Be warned..there is a steep hill or lots of steps to traverse to get to the bottom part of the gardens. There were places that had thistles and weeds, but since most of the maintenance is done by volunteers, that is understandable More...

I visited this site on the Great Ohio Bike Adventure - GOBA. Very pleasant and relaxing. Good art and very scenic. On this day they were also offering Bloody Mary's and Mimosas. An overall pleasant experience.
