I noticed some bad reviews here in regards to their communication style/response time; Jason, is slightly late with email responses but if you mention it's urgent, he responds faster. Despite the mixed reviews here, we decided to rent chairs for our wedding form SAT. Nothing to regret. The delivery was pretty on-time and honestly the quality of Chiavari chairs were much better than what I have seen at other events and at a better price. I highly recommend them. More...

I booked all the rentals for my wedding from Scene About Town, and everything was perfect! Jason was very responsive and incredibly flexible when I asked to change the duration of our rental right at the very end (day before pick up! ). He went above and beyond to accommodate any request we had, and his pick up and delivery crew were so friendly!
