To the ladies at Diamond Love Bridal I cannot thank you enough for making my experience of finding my perfect dress such an incredible one. Linky and Lindiwe you ladies went above and beyond to reassure me, update and accommodate me. I chose a dress to rent in February last year for my wedding in November. A month before the wedding I started going for alterations. A week before I went for my final fitting and saw a similar dress in the window with all the extras I felt my dress was missing so I changed my mind in the shop that day and paid in the difference to rent the new dress. The one they had was a size too small but had room to be let out. You ladies laughed at me for changing my mind the week before my wedding but you did everything in your power to make sure it was altered to fit m perfectly. Even the owner assisted. The Wednesday before after a few try ons and alterations each time I sat in the store while the seamstress made the necessary changes and that evening I left the shop as a satisfied client. My new dress was mind blowing and it fitted perfectly. Thank you all for your brilliant service and for making my experience one I will never forget. They have very beautiful collections. They are quite pricey but the quality of the dresses are worth it. The deliveries are quick as well. The staff are lovely. It is by appointment only but you do get Champaign ;) which makes for a good welcome. Highly recommended. More...

A friend of mine is getting married so we spent the weekend traveling from bridal-shop-to-bridal-shop. I must say, even though I'm not the one getting married, this was the only bridal shop that actually paid me attention and didn't make me feel like a tag-along.
The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to help my friend find the dress of her dreams. And while the bride-to-be was trying on dream dresses, I was served cupcakes and champagne.
