This helps me understand who your target customers are and what we need to say to them to make them confident and excited to engage.

Then, by stepping into your ideal customer's shoes (along with reviewing techy stuff like site analytics and using site engagement tools) I bring the pieces of your brand together... improving your site content, website customer journey, credibility, social media messaging, email marketing, and site listings to better speak your customers' language and put your core messaging front and centre.
