From start to finish, we have received excellent customer service from Doug Cleghorn Bathrooms. The process started with us taking a look around their lovely showroom. We got lots of ideas from this. Then we met with Angela who had measured up our bathroom and come up with a few different designs and layouts for us. We picked the perfect layout for us and then she helped to design the rest of the bathroom with us. This was all recorded in a very professional manner and everything was emailed to us for double checking. The documents were easy to read and all costings were broken down in an easily understandable and straightforward way. The bathroom fitter, Chris, has made our bathroom look amazing! He has a great eye for detail and an excellent level of professionalism. He was a pleasure to have in our home, very friendly and approachable. He always cleared up after himself at the end of the day and ensured that no sharp objects were left hanging around that our 2 year old might grab. Zoe Cleghorn phoned and visited us regularly to ensure that everything was going to plan and to see if we had any questions. I found this a really nice touch. Doug came round to inspect the bathroom once it was all completed to give the job the full sign off. A few days after his visit we received a bunch of flowers from them thanking us for being great customers. The level of service we received was truly second to none. We had our bathroom fitted and our downstairs bathroom re-fitted as a utility room in December 2014 and I can't recommend Doug Cleghorn Bathrooms highly enough - every step of project was explained and monitored by Doug and he couldn't have been more helpful. Everyone who worked on the project was professional to the upmost and unobtrusive which really helps when you have two young kids! We're very satisfied customers and would certainly use them again.
