Q&A

Having a great team and seeing how clients really value that team. Scarab4 prides itself on putting its clients at the hear of everything we do. For that reason we retain our clients far longer than the marketing industry average and have many of them from the very first day we started. The team really value seeing the results it generates for clients, particularly in sectors where - historically - marketing hasn't been entered into. The fact that we can bring people together in our sectors due to our extensive network of relations - and where there is an opportunity to do business - is also something we're incredibly proud of.

A frustration born out of recruiting marketing agencies to deliver work in the sectors we specialise in and always having to get them up to speed (as well as paying them for it). Because we know our sectors we can relate to the people and drivers within them and - based on our breadth of knowledge - can hit the ground running with no hand holding needed.

We're good at what we do. We know our sectors inside and out and have carved a reputation within them for being the marketing agency of choice. We're agile and will always go the extra mile to make sure our clients receive the very best service from us. Strong technical marketers we have an exceptional ability to take technical information and make it easily understandable without losing its gravitas., pushing this through the most effective marketing channels. We are all chartered marketers and firmly believe marketing is aligned to your business strategy and objectives and that - ultimately - it should drive value.
