Attending sessions with Brid was one of the best things I ever did.

It was Bríd's obvious passion and enthusiasm for hypnotherapy that first persuaded me to try it, without having much considered it before. I was not disappointed - I found myself easily slipping into a deeply relaxed state and Bríd managed the session with great skill throughout. I felt immediately uplifted afterwards, and then as I continued listening to the recording I soon began to feel a long-term positive impact taking hold - increased confidence, self-worth and resilience, and an ability to let go of limiting beliefs that had constrained me. Soon after, I made a big career change that I had been putting off, and I now feel ready to embrace all the new possibilities ahead. Overall a great experience which I would recommend to others. I was very pleased with my experience with Bríd. From the moment I spoke to her about my session she was open and understanding. Planning was simple and I felt she took my wishes into account. The session itself was fantastic, very relaxing and really helped me with the issues I was having, and the recording she gave my has been very helpful in the time since. Overall, it was a positive and wonderful experience and I would recommend her highly. I feel she's given me the tools to effect the change I needed and wanted. More...

Through our session, childhood traumas were brought forward that related directly to my issues of not feeling "good enough". Traumas that had me feeling guilty all of the time. Traumas that had me feeling like I was not entitled to stick up for myself. Traumas that had me feeling like I was responsible for all the wrongs in other people's lives. Wow! It was so clear, why had I not seen it before? Brid then recorded a reprogramming audio for me to listen to every day for three weeks. In it, she emphasized that I was indeed good enough, that I was entitled to stick up for myself, and that I was not responsible for others' behaviors. Although I was not conscious of changes going on inside of me, one day I was amazed to find myself laughing out loud when someone started complaining about something. I had no feelings of guilt or responsibility or for wanting to fix it for them. This was their problem, not mine. A few days later I was being dragged into an argument. I calmly and firmly stated my position, which had the other person back right off. This might seem like not a big deal to most, but to me, this is a huge weight taken off my emotional well-being. I continue to listen to the audio. I find myself continually getting braver in sticking up for myself. I don't feel guilty about it either. I find myself not taking responsibility for other's complaining and behaviour. I realize it is the path they have chosen for themselves. I can only work on myself and on what makes me happy (without harming others, of course). I feel a sense of freedom.Thank you, Brid.IC - Canada More...

I've heard nightmare stories from friends who've had therapy and counselling, so I was a little apprehensive at first. However, Brid was absolutely amazing. Made me feel completely at ease, was completely non judgmental and was very open and helped me open up a lot. I'm very glad I chose Brid, it's possibly one of the best things I've ever done. Thank you so much! More...

After 25 years of suffering from migraines and having tried pretty much everything to find a cure, a friend recommended hypnotherapy. I was a bit dubious at first as to how effective this would be but I met Brid with an open mind (excuse the pun). Brid is very inviting and you instantly open up to her. My migraines are totally stress related, I would go through periods when life would be very stressful, even though I would ride through the stress and deal with whatever came my way, I often found it hard to articulate how I felt and sometimes it was a very lonely experienceI had a session almost 2 months ago and I still listen to the recording religiously before I go to sleep. It has conditioned me to be a bit more forthright about how i feel about situations and now i am forcing my friends and family to sit up and take notice about how i feel instead of keeping it in and being taken advantage of. Since the therapy, i haven’t had a migraine yet which is a good sign. But if they do come back I know exactly who to callThanks Brid More...

My sessions with Brid over the last year have helped me above and beyond what I could have imagined. She is incredibly attentive, intuitive and compassionate in her professional role. I feel safe and secure in our sessions and am able to openly explore certain topics without feeling forced or judged. With her experience and extensive expertise, Brid has been able to advise on the most appropriate and specific treatments and techniques. In particular, the hypnotherapy recordings which Brid has made to specifically target my personal needs have proven immensely powerful. I cannot recommend Brid’s services enough. More...

Best decision I made; I got so much more out of the sessions than I anticipated and felt immensely better about different issues, which at certain points had felt like it would never be possible. Brid - you're amazing!

Q&As

I absolutely love what I do and love seeing powerful and profound changes made within a clients life. I have spent a number of years understanding and finding the best way of offering clients the best form of therapy to help you achieve your goals in a much quicker time frame.

I have found that incorporating hypnotherapy into a session, allows us to get to the root cause of any issue within that session. It allows us to see how connections made from experiences in your past, affects your life now and with this knowledge we are then able to work together on changing self limiting beliefs by replacing them with empowering positive beliefs.

Working in this unique way will give you control over your life, understand yourself and your emotions better and allow you to maintain a healthier way of thinking that will leave you feeling empowered to navigate any challenges that you meet.

Having experienced being a client of psychotherapy for a number of years, this has inspired me to support others who wish to understand and explore who they are.

Firstly because I know what its like to be a client. Every therapist experiences what therapy is like as a client and for me it was that experience that led me to understand who I was and what I had to offer to others. Secondly the way in which I work is different to traditional talk therapies in that I incorporate a number of contemporary psychotherapeutic techniques into my approach. This way of working allows a client to get to to the root cause of what it is that's holding them back in life, uproot these negative beliefs and lay down new beliefs and patters of behaviour. I work fast and my results are permanent.
