I've ordered a number of times, always slow to deliver but like other reviewers say communication has sort of been there, this year ordered at the end of September, I've sent many emails and social media messages asking for updates with absolutely no response. We initially ordered from this company in 2020 and although they were slow they kept in touch and the items were great when they finally arrived. I ordered 2 wreaths that were showing as in stock in September this year. By mid Oct I had not received them, sent numerous emails,messages on fb and didn't get a response at all. Commented on two posts on fb and my comments asking where my order was got deleted. My partner then messaged asking if he ordered would he still be in time for Christmas to which he instantly got a response stating it was taking approx a week to dispatch. He then tried to reply asking where our initial order was in that case and he had been blocked. We have now put in a claim with our bank to get our money back. This is a real shame as I'm sure we would have loved the product if we had ever received it. Ordered on the 4th , got confirmation email - sent a msg on the chat after a few days to ask about my order and no reply , I sent a form - no reply - I’ve sent 3 emails - no reply … this company has taken my money and no response, AVOID AVOID AVOID

Absolutely horrific. Customer service totally non existant. Waiting for an order still after 3 months. Not acceptable
