This was my first time trying Reflexology and it won’t be my last! Being 6 months pregnant, I have been suffering with lower back pain and achey legs for the last few weeks. I had an hours reflexology session with Stacey on Saturday and it was wonderful! I went with the start of a migraine due to tension in my neck and shoulder and felt very sick, after my reflexology session, my headache and sickness had gone and I felt so relaxed. Visited Stacey for an hour treatment when I was 37 weeks pregnant. It was such a wonderful experience when you’re feeling fed up and not liking your body. Stacey made me feel relaxed and welcome and throughly spoilt. I have been struggling with my lower back and could feel this throughout parts of the treatment but that night, I slept better than I had in months and could roll out of bed the next morning without the pain and tension in my back.
