We chose Chant Removals to complete a packing and removal job, from one office to another. The removal it self went really smoothly, the team were careful and respectful of a few bits very delicate equipment. in amongst the office furniture and a shed load of files. Altogether straight forward and professional. We don't fancy moving again any time soon, but their involvement in it was smooth as could be. Highly recommended. More...

From the very start it was easy to contact them and Sam responded quickly and efficiently. He gave a very sensibly priced quote for my removal and was good enough to match the slightly lower price I received from a competitor. My move was long distance and Sam offered me a couple of options around the schedule. One was to do the whole move in a single day, or a two day move where we load up one day and then move in the next. For personal reasons I chose a two day move. On the morning of the load up, Sam, Billy and the team arrived promptly, made an assessment of how they would load everything (there was a lot of stuff) and then very cheerfully got everything on to the lorry. I had two particularly valuable furniture items and they took care to load these securely and safely. They kept me informed about how they were protecting these items too, which was reassuring. They were friendly, busy and efficient. Everything was loaded quickly and we made plans for their arrival the next day. They arrived on time and made the effort to ensure that everything was placed where I wanted it. I had forgotten to label some items and they took the trouble to make sure those were put in the right place too. Billy was very reassuring when I started to worry that it wouldn’t fit in the new smaller house. I would not hesitate to recommend Chant for your move. They made moving an easy event. Sam has been amazing, He with one of his guys moved us 300 miles north and couldn’t have been nicer. They unfortunately had to wait while the people putting our flooring in finished, but were very speedy in unpacking the vans.
Everything present and correct.
Friendly, chatty and quick. What more could you want.
I can’t recommend them enough.

Amazing service by Sam and Billy on Monday 30th july turned up at 4pm in Tidworth Wiltshire and had my household belongings loaded by just gone 6pm.
... they then arrived at my new house Tuesday 31st July in Middlewich Cheshire by about 10am and where completed with the unloading by around half 12 / 1pm highly recommended company very professional and happy guys if you keep them in brews :)

My partner and I were relocating from Southampton to Bristol and we had 2 properties to move. Sam has been absolutely brilliant! We could not wish for a better man to do the job. Sam was very professional, attentive, careful and considerate all the way, also sorted out storage for us as we had to wait for our new property to become available.
