While planning my dads memorial service, the staff of Savour the Dates were a pleasure to work with.. They have a marvelous menu.. The finger sandwiches and salads were fresh, tasty & plentiful; the main courses (chicken & pasta dishes) were fabulous.. & while Craig showed his professionalism, he also demonstrated his patience, kindness and willingness to make this portion of our day "worry free".. We do a monthly luncheon here in Morton Grove and we've used Savour the Dates for a couple and have had nothing but 5 star reviews from our attendees. It was a pleasure to work with you in our picnic project. You have established great communications, flexibility with our needs including having the check for the head count change from 50 to 40, and helpfulness with food choice selection during the planning phase. We were not disappointed with the execution – you were ahead of time, when we got to the Beach Pavilion everything was already beautifully displayed. I appreciate your assistance in helping me carrying the stuff from my car. You missed the best part - when our team got there and lunch started. The team said the food was tasting, they liked the selections, and everyone was pleased. Savour the Dates is my new go-to caterer! The prices are fair and honest. The food and ingredients are high quality. The ordering process was a breeze. Craig was very attentive, professional, and always responded to any questions or concerns regarding my catering order.

Savour the Dates food is out of this world! Every guest that attended my party raved about the steak and chicken taco bar. Most guests went up for seconds and thirds! My favorite is their chips and salsa – so delicious. When we ran short on lettuce and tomatoes (my family goes heavy on the toppings with tacos), one call to Craig and he quickly had his team on the way with extra for us.

What a gift to have a caterer and a company that truly care about their customers.

I used BoJonos to cater my wedding. Everything was amazing!! We had about 300 people and Went with appetizers and a buffet. There was more then enough food and 7 years later people still talk about how good the food was! Craig was great to work with and made it so easy. He always answered my calls and emails quickly. Q&A

My signature dish is probably my cajun pasta. It consists, of penne pasta, chicken, red peppers, onions, and a cajun cream sauce. Not spicy, but exceptionally tasty!

I like to verbally communicate with my clients. It is always best to discuss in person or over the phone. I obviously can text or email, but I prefer the open communication!

I love to see how happy people are with the quality of food and the service that I can provide.

I have cooked all of my life. After I left the Ritz- Carlton company, I started BoJono's Pizzeria. I had a greater interest in working for myself. I have complete control over everything from start to finish. It can be difficult at times, but very rewarding to be your own boss.

I take great pride in the quality of my food! I serve nothing but the freshest meals possible. Everything I make is homemade. Customer service may be more important than great food!!
