What do you love most about your job?
I love the ability to change the course of people's lives by giving care and treating them with compassion and respect when they need it most. I have found the ability to understand people's emotional, spiritual, cultural, and physical needs and how to cater to them. In short, I love the satisfaction I get from helping people in need without the expectation of getting something in return.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Saving Grace, LLC was established by Joshua Valdez, a hospice nursing assistant who saw the obvious gap between the care given by home health or hospice agencies and the care given by family and friends. While the family and friends are more than capable of taking care of their loved ones- everyone needs a break. Since the beginning of June 2018 my team and I have been working diligently to start serving our clients and the family and friends that are so dedicated to their loved ones.

Saving Grace is dedicated to providing the best care to your loved ones in order to keep them independent, safe, and at home. Why us? Its simple; while competitors are stuck with paying for excessive administration, franchise fees, and other overhead expenses that leave little funds to pay for quality caregivers; we decided to keep it simple in order to pay our care team better than the rest-resulting in the best care in the industry. Saving Grace only hires quality companions and state licensed certified nursing assistants. Whereas, our competitors hire and train their own personal care assistants to replace CNA's in order to reduce the cost of labor which in turn reduces the quality of care given to the clients they serve. We strive to treat every client as family and see every opportunity to do so as a blessing.
