I recently had cause to have a house valued and then sold. Savannah Estates was the only agent (of three) who provided what I wanted for the valuation, i. e. a letter detailing the value of the property and nothing more. The house was then placed in Gary and Kim's team's hands to market and sell. Their knowledge of the market was excellent and the advice on preparing the property was sound and their efforts resulted in a quick sale. I was kept fully informed at all stages of the sale from contracting them to sell the house through to completion. The fixed prices for both sale and EPC inspection meant I knew exactly what the cost would be up front.
