An all round garden center, a range of plants, including some not seen everywhere. Selection of planters and ornaments. Bulk bags of seed potatoes in season. Range of seeds and bulbs as you need them. The farm shop has everything you could need, including a small but delicious choice meats. On site is a favorite tearoom run by the Charity Style Acre which serves one of the best breakfasts known, for both veggies and meat eaters. Usually use Wyevale at Chilton, however wanted some cucumber plants and Wyevale hadn't got what I wanted, so thought I'd try Savages. I was so impressed this is now my go to place. The staff are so polite and welcoming, the choice of plants is far superior to other garden centres in the area, and are all in tip top condition. Not been here for many years. A wonderful selection of fruit and veg, jams, chutneys and fruit juices. Along with a selection of gifts and baskets. Shop got very busy so was a bit difficult to move with a wheelchair.Would liked to have tried the coffee shop/cafe run by Style acre but it was full to bursting so must be very good. Always a pleasure to visit Savage’s. Lovely fresh produce, variety of plants and garden decor and I love the quirky and cute homeware section too!
