My wife and I's first home was a Handyman special; I guess you would call it. We literally spent months researching what kind of new flooring we could afford. We had green carpet and cheap laminate thru out our new house. Marble was too expensive and requires a lot of work to maintain it's luster. Porcelain tile, installed; was again out of our price range and the would have taken weeks longer then we were willing to wait, Then we had dinner at La Bamba's on Federal Hwy in Fort Lauderdale and saw the new floor there. WOW! Not my colors choice but absolutely what my darling bride and I were envisioning! I inquired about what kind of floor it was and who had done it and the manager gave me Satin Finish's contact info. I called for an estimate. In less then 2 weeks Peter and his Crew had guided us through our options and completed the installation. Peter made what had been our biggest headache in the beginning of our adventure; into a most Pleasant and Professional experience. Long story short; Satin Finish will save you Time, Money and Headaches while you get a beautiful new floor that will last a life time!

Great job done I a lot less time than other estimates. Very professional and mess was very very minimal. They cleaned up after themselves and are even flexible enough to reschedule to come back and do two bedrooms that we have to empty. AAA+++!

Peter and his crew recently did my garage floor and I am more than happy with how it came out. I've always thought that I could do this job myself as I do enjoy working on things, but after seeing the process and what's actually needed in order to have a fully prepped slab and a proper application. ..I'm glad I hired the pro's. The team showed up exactly when they said they would, cleaned up all the mess at the end of each day and were all very professional. Job completed when Pete said it would be done. I looked at a few different companies for this job and at the end of the day even though Satin Finish wasn't the cheapest quote, I felt more comfortable with going with these guys and the work truly speaks for itself. I am glad I went with Peter and the guys at Satin Finish Concrete. I would recommend them to anyone looking for epoxy flooring, inside the home or in the garage.

Aventura, FL - The company owner, Peter, met me in person and provided a fair price to install an epoxy floor over my existing concrete that looks great. The light grey epoxy color floor goes great with my modern decor. The installers, led by Sebastian, were timely and professional and did a great job. The installation team went above and beyond and addressed any concerns and even returned to check on the results. Aaron did a great job painting the apartment after the epoxy floor dried. My family and I had a very unique situation before we got new flooring installed. We had concrete in one room, which had cracks and discoloring, and terrazzo in other rooms. Peter and his team came into my home and described in detail what they could do for my family and I. They gave us a great discount because of all the work that needed to get done. We had standard epoxy installed in most rooms, metallic epoxy installed in my bedroom, and all our terrazzo that we already had was nicely restored. The standard epoxy cost me as little as $3.95 sq ft. My family and I were so pleased with the work they did that we decided to have them repaint the whole interior and exterior of our home. I recently had my screened in patio enclosed with acrylic panels. Upon completion I realized that the tile from years of being rained on was starting to crack and pop up. Tired of cleaning grout I decided to take another route. I contact Satin Finish Concrete and the delightful owner Pete Ajello came over and explained the process for having the floor done with epoxy in detail. After a little negotiating in price his workers began and were also very informative and professional. Needless to say I absolutely love my new floor. I chose the white with sparkles and it looks like ice in the light especially at night. Also easy to clean. My driveway and pool deck was in horrible condition and weathered. I found this company through an advertisement on craigslist, and after speaking with numerous companies I felt the most comfortable with going ahead with this one as the owner was extremely knowledgeable and understanding of my needs and wants. I was referred to this company by a friend to do the terrazzo restoration for my grandmother’s home in Lighthouse Point. My grandmother is older, and has a hard time understanding things. They did a great job explaining their processes with her, answering all of her questions, and had extreme patience and sincere kindness towards her. It is very hard these days to find people like this that are not just in and out of a job for the money. Had some Micro-Topping done in my condo. I initially called about polished concrete, but when they came to asses my floors the concrete was to old and cracked to do this. I thought that i was going to have to spend a ton of money pouring new concrete, but Satin Finish gave me an option called Micro Topping / Overlayment in white, which was very inexpensive. It made the concrete look brand new and a white color with a great shine to them. I am actually amazed at what a great job they did with what they had to work with. Satin Finish Concrete is overall the best company we have used in years,  obviously they are from the Northeast. I loved the fact that they have over 30 references that you can call or visit online and see their work, as they document each project with before and after pictures along with videos. Not many South Florida companies do that. They did polish concrete on our office floors, then restored 4,000 sq ft of terrazzo that we didn't even know we had under our carpet to make it look brand new!! This company is top notch! Also, a funny twist is that the owner is actually famous, and a celebrity aside from running the company which my family found out later.Two Thumbs Up! More...
