We began as GEE TV est 1968 & evolved with the industry in to STC. We are a family business. Our prime focus is customer care. We take on small or large scale work, whether it's assisting with customer education or installing a communal TV/Satellite system for 100's of properties.

What do you love most about your job?
We get great satisfaction from helping people, whether it's over the phone assistance with a small set up related issue to sending one of our lovely team of engineers to solve a more technical issue. People often rely on their TV for their daily dose of their favourite show and when that's taken away it's as detrimental as any other part of a daily routine. We all like a bit of routine; whether it's our favorite bedtime drink or a good walk/book .
What inspired you to start your own business?
We (Russ & I) were very lucky in that we grew up living & breathing all things TV as our parents set up the business in the late sixties. We worked at STC over the years in different capacities but eventually took over management/became Directors in 2012. At which point Mum & Dad were able to enjoy touring the USA in a motor home (a life long dream realised). It meant a lot to us to have been a part of making that dream a reality.

We do everything within our power to ensure all our customers are given the very best service/attention from the first point of contact, through installation to after care. Each customer is as important as the other. We believe it's that ethic that contributes largely to the fact that most of our new business comes from recommendation.

We do operate remotely which allows us to take calls/make bookings out of office hours, hence we operate 9-9, 7 days. People wishing to contact us outside of those hours are recommended to email & we will converse at our earliest opportunity (usually within 12 hours).
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

TV aerial/satellite install & servicing
From domestic/commercial to communal. Our business evolved from when there was one TV channel in to where we are today with hundreds of channels and methods to access them. A TV aerial or dish continue to provide most properties with a reliable means by which they can access their favorite channels. We have an intimate knowledge of our surrounding areas and the most suitable means by which to access TV. We use CAI benchmarked products wherever possible, galvanised brackets & equipment we know to be reliable through our many years of experience in the industry. Whether it's trouble shooting faults or new installs; we have a great team working hard to meet your requirements.
TV Wall Mount/Media Walls & Cable concealment
An ever increasing proportion of our time is spent fixing screens to the wall & routing cables either in trunking, behind plasterboard or channeling out a solid wall to embed cables. We will work with you to ensure your screen is mounted in the best position to suit your room/seating. We can supply screens & wall brackets or use existing/supplied equipment.
Media Walls with anything from a built in framework to house a screen/sound-bar to an integrated faux fireplace continue to remain popular and we have a team of experts in their respective fields of carpentry/paintwork working with us to provide an asset to your property, at your budget & desired time frame.
Wi Fi Access Points/Data Cabling, CCTV & Door Entry
We use a range of products including UBIQUITI , Hikvision, Technomate & TRIAX alongside supplying & installing CAT5e/6 cables to ensure your property has no poor spots where Wi Fi/internet access is concerned.
Once you have your in home media set up you will want to protect your assets and we can sort that too with a bespoke CCTV system with all the usual functions such as access to your cameras/recordings via your mobile/ipad.
Door entry cameras; remote gate operation. Smart control.
If it operates over data cabling/Wi Fi then it's highly likely we have the experience & skills to supply & install the product.
