Not your average YouTube trainer... Sarah goes in depth with making sure your diet also enhances your body workouts. Her weekend group classes are phenomenal as you get to train with other people aspiring to look and feel better. Well done

By finding out how I can support them best when i'm not psychically training them, it is vital that my clients feel they can be open and honest about the areas they struggle with so we can work together to find solutions. I also ensure they take control of the process and find ways to exercise independently.

The secret to getting the body of your your dreams is to literally dream it! you must dream it, live it, breathe it, eat it, research it and want it so bad that you are willing to change whatever it is you need to ; to become one step closer to the true you within desperate to come out!
The very first step is gaining the right support that suits your needs best and from then on with consistent exercise, motivation and a healthier diet your dreams will become reality.

I love proving to every single one of my clients that whatever they say they cant do I can find a way to motivate them to the extent that they realize they can. I love to empower others and believe that is why my passion for personal training is still so strong. Since qualifying as a Personal Trainer honestly my drive to help others through fitness is the same as when I trained my first ever client; if not more.

Searching for work it was difficult to find a job that could around my family responsibilities and after working late shifts and every weekend in my local gym I decided it was time to pursue my fitness career further. I wanted the freedom to work hours that suited my life.
I loved helping the gym members and had no interest in the sales side so it only made sense to look into becoming a personal trainer. I had found a way to do what I enjoyed most; which was encouraging and teaching gym members how to get the most from their time in the gym and see results from with my help.

Until you experience a session with me you will not be able to judge our compatibility and with such training being so personal this is key. If you are truly committed to a long term lifestyle change I am the best at what I do and can guarantee a variety of training styles,a lot of hard work and great customer service.
