My husband and I hired Sarah Zohar (SarahZ) to design the interior space of our condominium. We had several homes we had designed in the past and were concerned about working with a new designer. Sarah was simply amazing; something we had never encountered in the past. She came up with creative ideas, was economical, had a flair for what we liked and offered us alternatives for our consideration. She selected wall papers, designed the entire kitchen, selected all accessories, all furniture, all lamps and bedding and was so thorough it made our life very easy.
In 2017 my husband and I purchased another used condominimum and put Sarah to work. For several months, Sarah spent her time brainstorming, doing layouts, preparing village drawings for permit and taking us to galleries to give us ideas and get our thoughts on things we like. Sarah is proving herself again with some fantastic thinking. Her office staff is making 3-D layouts for us to study so we can give feedback on her room layouts with furniture. Sarah and her team were amazing to work with. They transformed my Sunny Isles ocean front condo into the high-end luxurious second home that I was looking for. I was busy running my business in New York and Sarah made it super easy to make my selections on everything from appliances to vases, to every unique piece of furniture, drop ceiling, soffit, lighting fixtures and every aspect of this project. She gave special attention in designing each room. Sarah Z Designs turned my vision into a reality! Living in KY, flying in between there and Miami was possibly and definitively the most difficult part of the entire design process, and I'm ecstatic to be able to say that Sarah and her design team were very flexible and expendable in scheduling and resources. Their strenuous efforts and dedication to their projects are one of a kind, in addition to their infinite and overwhelming passion for everything they do. Sarah has designed two of my homes, one in Miami and one in NY. She is extremely talented and handles every part of the design process with care and expertise. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to the selection of materials, furniture, art, finishes, and accessories. Her and her team produced elevations and drawings for new construction, and also helped me choose automation services for my new home. (structured wiring, TVs, whole house audio, lighting control, motorized shades, etc.) I thought building a new home would be a daunting, stressful, and never ending journey, but with Sarah we had no stress because she delivers what she promises and made sure nothing got out of control and managed all aspects of our project. Sarah Z is a creative, practical and stylish designer. I hired her to design my residence and she did a fantastic job. Our home was featured in several design magazines. I then hired her to design my entire 10,000 square foot law office. Not only did she design but she managed the construction project from start to finish. She has knowledge of construction, plumbing, electrical and architecture which is rare to find in an interior designer. I highly recommend her for any job big or small. More...
