I booked a 30 minute Paraffin Wax Hand Treatment with Sarah as I had finger and thumb joint pain. The treatment was relaxing and enjoyable and Sarah made me feel very comfortable, explaining the process as she went. The treatment was beneficial and the results (more joint movements and less pain and beautifully soft skin) lasted for several days afterwards. After suffering severs headaches most days, I consulted Sarah who suggested I try a head and neck massage to relieve stiffness and pain. My muscles were extremely tight as I drive for a living and cycle for fun but also carry stress in my body and tend to be quite rigid. I had one treatment initially and had no headaches for 3 weeks, I then had another and have not had one since, I have booked again for more treatments. Not only have the headaches remarkably disappeared, I feel much more relaxed and considerably less stressed. I must say however that apart from the clinical facts, Sarah is such a wonderful kind, calming , positive and fun person to be around and I feel very relaxed in her presence which in turn enables me to relax and benefit from not only the treatment but also drink in the atmosphere and feel loved and secure. I have been a regular customer of Sarah for several years. As I get older, I have come to rely upon her for helping me to get round the golf course each week and to cope with two over-active grandsons. In addition to a monthly massage, her advice on diet and a healthy lifestyle are invaluable. I have been receiving massage and Reiki treatment from Sarah for a number of years. No matter how much I try to stay fit, aches and pains are a regular feature of growing old and without Sarah, I doubt that I could manage my weekly games of golf. I have been receiving 'Back, Neck and Shoulder' massages from Sarah regularly for about three months. In addition to her technical expertise she always makes me feel welcome and comfortable and never rushes our time together. At our last session, which occured in the midsts of a very stressful week workwise, she used a relaxation blend oil which completely hit the spot to the point where once I'd floated home my Husband asked what she had given me as I was smiling like the Cheshire Cat. In addition, she managed to get rid of the sciatica that was plaguing my left thigh / hip by simply applying pressure in the right place. I have been receiving monthly massage treatment from Sarah for several years and I wouldn't change. I have been a client of Sarah's for a few years. The ageing process creeps up on all of us but when it started to affect my golf swing and dreaded gardening duties, it was time to act. Sarah is a very professional therapist. Her massage sessions are specifically geared to those areas of the body which cause me periodic aches and pain and in recent months, she has successfully applied Reiki in limiting the twinges of a nagging hernia. I had been having very bad shoulder pain for months after transporting heavy objects while moving house. After a trip to the physio provided no relief, I decided to seek out deep tissue massage for treatment and relaxation. My fiancé found Sarah's listing online and bought me a massage & reiki combo for my birthday. Sarah took the time to find out exactly what was bothering me and what my hopes/expectations for the massage were. She targeted my problem areas and did not hold back, which is exactly what I was looking for. After the massage I felt a bit sore but felt like my muscles were loose and relaxed for the first time in almost 8 months! Additionally, although I was a bit skeptical about the effectiveness of reiki before trying it, it was the most relaxing 15 minutes I think I've ever spent. I dipped in and out of consciousness and the 15 minutes felt like nearly an hour.
