Sarah is the best! After taking up cycling I wanted to improve my form so I decided to add in some strength and core work. Sarah pushes me to my limit in every session. I have been going to Sarah for 5 years now. I run, cycle and swim on my own but I am not disciplined enough to focus on strength and core. Sarah is an excellent trainer, she keeps the sessions fun and interesting and creates individualised sessions. She will challenge you out of your comfort zone but she makes it achievable too. I started training with Sarah last September and so far with her encouragement and knowledge have managed to lose over 2 stone. Sarah has been able to guide me through the best ways to lose and maintain the weight loss and even if I've had a bad week Sarah's never been judgemental but helped me get back on track. Best decision I have made in a while.... decided in January to get strong and tone up a bit. Its been a slog, but I'm doing my best and Sarah is tough and fair and encouraging - we laugh a lot!
