What information do you need from a client before you start work?
A full project intake and supporting assets needed to start the project.
What sorts of printing projects do you usually cater for?
I work with a local printer and online printers and can support projects ranging from business cards, flyers, brochures, shirts, can coolers - up to retractable telescoping banners, vinyl banners, vehicle wraps and large-scale trade show booths.
Describe your creative process.
I start by talking with the client about their project, deadline and overall goals. The project usually develops through 3 to 5 rounds of concepts that are further refined to the final. Each concept includes 2 to 3 concept directions to select from.

What do you love most about your job?
I greatly enjoy helping small to large sized companies define their visual brand, marketing graphics and imagery. With the shift to online marketing over the past decade, I feel that having a brand accurately reflect the company is more important than ever to succeed in connecting with your audience based on a first impression.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I enjoy working directly with many clients and a range of businesses. My passion is building brands from a logo to a website and beyond.
