About Sara Priestley
Total wellness solutions for mind and body, served through three different modalities:
1. Transformational Resilience Coaching. This is a whole new approach to coaching, used extensively in the US in businesses, recovery centres and even prisons. If you are committed to changing your life, and you are open to a whole new world view, I can support you to achieve outstanding results. In a free consultation you tell me what you are trying to achieve, we'll have a short conversation along the lines of my regular coaching sessions. At the end of that call, if I think we have potential to work together, I'll set out what I can offer you. This is not traditional coaching, there are no techniques to master or homework to do - just a simple re-understanding of life that gives you the freedom to be the best version of you, automatically. I normally work online, using Skype or Zoom, face-to-face appointments can be made available.
2. Individual Pilates mat and equipment tuition, for health and fitness. An excellent way to look after your body to achieve the things you want to do. An added bonuses is a clearer and more focused mind. Pilates can be incredibly athletic, either with intense aerobic sessions or HIIT style workouts, as well as the more gentle rehab styles you might have seen before. I keep teaching Pilates because I love the difference it makes to my clients, and because it's an important part of my own life. Home visits available.
3. Advanced remedial massage to help with injury recovery; sports massage to keep you in tip-top shape; acupressure massage to rejuvenate body and mind. I'm a highly qualified and experienced massage therapist, with a background in teaching massage students at the Scottish Massage Schools, so if you need to learn some basic massage techniques to use on friends and family, I can help. Even though this is a legacy part of my work, I'm always happy to offer it to the right clients.
Sara Priestley Q&A
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people learn to love their minds and bodies.
Seeing people change and develop.
Supporting others in achieving their goals.
Sometimes busy people just aren't that great at looking after themselves. I'm here to show it doesn't need to be yet another chore on the list.
What inspired you to start your own business?
So that I can work with a select client group, to whom I can provide the best service. I love having the freedom to focus on the clients I choose, and supporting them to achieve.
Why should our clients choose you?
Choose me if you want to heal, challenge, stretch and strengthen your mind or body, and have fun doing it. I love what I do, and I love working with committed and engaged people.
