How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
It is so importat; we are what we eat. Nutrition is the answer to everything. It affects our energy levels & is has a huge significance to our physical and mental wellness. It affects the way we feel, how we look, how we sleep & how we act.
I don't think nutrition is taken seriously by 95% of the population. It's time to get educated.
It is 80% Nutrition & 20% Exercise!!
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By keeping them extremely motivated, diet is such a huge importance to this!
As I said it is 80% Nutrition & 20% Exercise!! We also need to measure what we are measuring so taking our physical stats on Tanita scales is extremely important - we cannot measure what we don't measure! It also keeps you very motivated when you start to know what to measure & when you see results.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Your mind set! How important is it to you to get healthy first?
Once you start to get healthy, the mind set becomes more positive & before you know it you will be in the best shape of your life both physically and mentally!
What do you love most about your job?
Inspiring, motivating and teaching people about the importance of diet and mindset & how exercise has to be a part of that.
We need to keep active but not necessarily kill ourselves in the gym just to get results.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I want the freedom to be able to do what I love and feel that I am in a place where I'm not working because of that.
I would do what I do for free just to help inspire other people in my own time and not be restricted by anyone.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because of the motivation I can give them. Motivation gets you started & habit keeps you going.
I want to be able to install those good habits into people with education, some hard work as nothing worth it comes easy but to help mentor people to be a better version of themselves!
