Currently using Steven's MYPT Hub app to lose weight and add fitness. After following the diet and exercise plan for 4 weeks I lost just over half a stone and 5% body fat. The app is easy to use and simple to follow while exercising as it has detailed videos. Would recommend this to anyone looking to tone up or lose weight. Soooo I never know what to expect when I turn up for my 1-1 sessions with Steven Atkinson he is always full of suprises .. Has me doing conditioning before weight sessions makes me nearly physically sick, makes me cry, makes me laugh, pushes me to my limits and will never let me give up when I literally think a can't do anymore he makes me and that's what a good trainer is even though I hate him at times � I know am gonna get the best results with him when I say I can't do it he says you can and i actually suprise myself! Steve and his app have changed my diet and exercise routine massively and where I used to struggle to get the pounds off I have lost 9lb in 2 weeks. The app is very simple to navigate but gives great detail and info. I particularly love to workout part as it shows you videos of every exercise you have to do.
