I had my Lipo done and needed lymphatic drainage massages. Looking on line I found this place and decided to give it a chance by buying just one session. Long story short, I'm about to finish my 6 sessions packages and going to buy another package. I went there after my second surgery, the Sapphire girls did a great job on me. The lymphatic drainage helped me recover so quickly that I could not believe it. This place is a hidden gem, the communication with Ms Lucy who handles all appointments is extremely fast and efficient. They text as a firm of communication which I think it’s very modern I enjoy texting and dm better then phone calls just me . The receptionist was very nice the lounge are smelled good it was cute looked clean . Cleanliness is very important in this type of field . Monica was my therapist she was very pleasant explained everything she also showed me how ultrasound works. She applied the perfect pressure to all my needed areas I felt so great during the actual massage I didn’t want it to end . I also like that they offer packages to make your massages more affordable. My mom went to Sapphire Therapy looking for a lymphatic drainage massage after her BBL. She was overall very satisfied with not only the results, but also with how welcoming and sweet the therapists were. They made her feel comfortable and calm, and the owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She is someone who genuinely cares about her customers! Great communication from when I first inquired about their services. Scheduling an apt was very easy and convenient. I got a bbl done about a month ago , had to get 3 massages mandatory where I did my surgery and they took 45 min to do a one hour massage so I looked for a new therapy place ,the first time I got a massage at sapphire I knew that they were more professional and way better . An hour is literally an hour , all the ladies are great but ariadna has been a complete sweetheart . She’s great to talk to and you feel so relieved after the massage . After I had my BBL the woman I was referred to had no time to do my lymphatic massage, so I found Sapphire Therapy online because it was close to where I was staying. I read the reviews and decided to book an appointment. It was so easy to book they got me in the very next day with Adriana she is AMAZING!!! She made me feel comfortable and was very professional and thorough with her massages, I couldn't be happier the massages relieve so much pressure, especially in my lower back from sleeping on my stomach! I’m attending to the location located at Miami lakes. My therphist is MONICA. Wow she is the best. So sweet, so gentle. I had a liposuction done two weeks ago with breast implant and she made me feel comfortable. She got pillows and put it in my back so I could feel comfortable. Last year I had a tummy tuck done, which the surgeon left what they call “dog ear” which is one side if my stomach wider than the other one. This time I had lipo to remove that extra fat but still wasn’t enough. Monica told me to put my faja on with a folded pillow case in that area which I did and now that puffy side is completely flat. I just completed my 10 post op lymphatic massages with my therapist Yiter who is the reason why I’m leaving this review. She is amazing and basically did a great job in making me feel very comfortable and very professional. I am very happy with everything so thank you Yiter I loved your work. To the appointment coordinator Lucy thank you as well for making my appointments easy by being able through send a simple text. I know someone had complained about texting appointments. But this is 2018 and don’t know where she lives but all my appointments here in Miami like dr, hair, nails, my kids Pediatrician etc. Are all via text.
