This is the second project that Santex has done for us. The first was a full siding replacement with Hardie materials to include siding, soffit and fascia.
Javier Santos helped pick all the colors and it came out awesome.
We called Santex to replace out patio door and the crew came out and replaced the door. We needed it completed in one day and Javier and Tara stayed and did the trim work themselves. They did a great job!

I had experienced a no headache and smooth repairs to my home causes by Harvey. I called Santex to see my roof damage and walls.
I told Santex that I was given a small check from my insurance company that would not cover my repairs the way I would like. Santex estimated and fought for my repairs to be done correctly. I was so happy when Santex called me that my insurance agreed to to the new contract.
I would recommend Santex to anyone who needs to get the job on time. A company that will fight for you.

I was so lucky to find this company. With all the flooding in Houston, my house, my roof and foundation was out of whack. I luckily met the owner Javier (he had a company shirt on) at a restaurant in Pearland . I thought I got on his nerves with my questions until he offered to just do an estimate. I must say I am absolutely impressed with Santex Construction. I am the first to tell you I am usually leary when a contractor tells me what they are going to do because I have been burned in the past. But Javier detailed everything step by step and mind you I was distraught because we lost everything but a dog collar tag in a house fire.
