Aside from arriving a little earlier than we had requested and a couple guest complaints about a bumpy ride or the driver getting lost, they weren't sure which, the service was provided efficiently and with a smile. Sterling Limos was FANTASTIC!  We went on a winetasting tour of Sonoma County for a bridal shower.  John, our driver, was amazing!  Literally, he anticipated our every need from stopping at the store and picking up our food, acting as our "bodyguard" at the wineries, dropping Grandma off (she didn't want to pole dance with the young ladies) and everything in between.  We could not have been happier with the limo, the service and the overall professionalism!!  Cheers to Sterling! What a great all around experience. We called several limo businesses and  reached out to Sonoma Sterling because we read the great reviews and so glad we did. We liked that this is a local family owned company, too. The customer service staff and booking agent was attentive and thorough. We really appreciated their patience and suggestions in making our Sonoma Wine Tours very memorable! The Party Bus  was immaculate and our driver was punctual and professional.  We appreciate there  were no hidden fees  and our quote was honored. Sterling saved the day! Unfortunately, we could not afford a whole wedding day and evening transportation service, but as the planning progressed we realized that we must at least cover the bridal party! Long story short, Carrie and her fabulous team stepped up to customize a package for us that would not only transport the wedding party, but provide two additional trips for guests from De Loach Vineyard Estate to the classic Flamingo Hotel where most were staying. It was a short drive, but wonderful to provide this safe and luxurious option to all of the guests staying at the hotel...plus many  more.The shuttle was lovely, the driver a gem, and most of all the kind staff at Sterling worked their best to find a way to make this happen! Great company to use for limo services. To me the best part was the customer service.  They always picked up when I called and we beyond helpful. Quick responses to emails also. My (now) husband and I got married in Sonoma in March. We did a wine tour with two friends the day after--Sonoma Sterling was awesome! ! The car was right on time (a little early, actually!) David was our driver and he was a dream--witty, kind, and super interesting. He had fantastic vineyard recommendations and ensured that we had an amazing (and safe, since we drank quite a bit) day. I cannot say enough about Sonoma Sterling Limousines, Inc. They are an A+ limo service from their large fleet of very nice well maintained vehicles, to the owners dedication to customer service and lastly the WORRY FREE experience you get to have! The last thing one wants when renting a limo, is to worry about drive times, maps, parking, the multiple drops and pickups and ability to contact driver when ready for next destination. This is HANDS DOWN the best company in the area. I did so much research to find the perfect company to help make my Husbands birthday weekend special. Wow, I was blown away by how easy the communication was, the pick up, the transport, the drop off. Everything! Kristopher was our driver and he was very nice, smiling, helpful, and accommodating. I had booked a reservation with a different Limo service for a day trip to Wine Country to celebrate my birthday. I called last minute to schedule a surprise limo pickup to take my newly married daughter to the airport for her honeymoon. I had called a different company and they were going to have to have someone call me back...... so I tried Sonoma Sterling. WOW From the first hello I felt like I was talking to family, as if they new my daughter and were just as excited as I was to plan this surprise. The morning of my daughters pick up was the morning of the devastating fires here in Santa Rosa. I was evacuated and unsure of the status of the pick up and would not be able to take my daughter and husband to the airport myself. To my complete surprise and gratitude, I received a phone call and they were still able to do the pick up. I’m so grateful! I love all the people I’ve had contact with and the driver was awesome. Sonoma Sterling Limousines was a pleasure to work with. I am a manager of a Motor Coach company in Seattle. One of my buses broke down in Ukhia California and Sterling came to the rescue of my passengers to get them safely to San Francisco. Dan even tried to track down the part we needed at a local auto parts store, unfortunately they did not have the correct part. Just the fact they were willing to go out of their way for a guy they had never met really speaks to the kind for customer service they provide. It's rare to encounter such outstanding customer service as I did with Sonoma Sterling Limousines.This week, my wife and two small boys left our home in Santa Rosa for a grandparent visit in the East Bay and inadvertently took my car keys in their bags. Two hours after they left, I realized I was stranded with a car I couldn't drive with my keys 90 minutes away. I tried calling a number of car/limo services to see if I could secure a ride to the East Bay and back; I had no luck with the ASAP availability...except for Sonoma Sterling Limo. The dispatcher said he could get a car for me, but he sympathized with my plight and horror at having to pay for a roundtrip from the North Bay to the East Bay – "Well, this is an exceptional situation!," he laughed – and proposed an elegant, cheaper, and more time-efficient solution. He contacted a driver who had just made an airport drop at SFO and re-routed the driver to cross the bay to pick up my keys in the East Bay and then deliver them to me in Santa Rosa. It worked perfectly, and the driver texted me occasional progress updates ("I have the keys and am on my way to you now.") The dispatcher and driver were both kind and cheerful, and the elegant solution cost me HALF of what a fare would have been; it also saved me the hassle of having to travel instead of being productive where I was. It was still an expensive bit of carelessness on my family's part, but Sonoma Sterling Limousines softened the blow. I couldn't be happier and was impressed with their humane, personal approach. We had such a wonderful experience with Sonoma Sterling! We rented the 17 person party bus and had 16 of us that were on the bus. There were 3 bottles of chilled champagne waiting for us when we got on the bus. The driver arrived a few minutes early and went over everything with us. He was extremely fun and personable. We went to two wineries and the drive to the second one was a bit longer which gave us some time to listen to music and hang out which was so much fun.
