I ordered a plant arrangement on their website one day and it was delivered the next, exactly as ordered! Â It was very easy, I received good e-mail follow-ups and the plant delivered to my Mother-In-Law looked exactly like what I ordered (she sent me a picture) and she is very happy with it. I will definitely be a repeat customer anytime my family in North San Diego needs some flowers or plants!Interesting enough - the prices were very reasonable and there is NO DELIVERY FEE, which means it's built into the price which, in turn means, the prices really are reasonable! I have been doing weddings for almost 20 years now. I tried to reconnect with a few florists in the vista area that I had used in the past, but was greatly disappointed in their customer service and prices. I was about to try some florist outside of the vista area when I had remembered the Santa Fe Flower Shop. They had helped me out with a big emergency a few years ago. I had a last-minute-large-bulk-order of boutonnières & corsages for prom that another florist had completely lost the pre paid order slip for and they had offered no solution what so ever for the situation. However, Santa Fe Florist shop saved the day! Some how in the middle of prom chias and along with all the other orders they already had to take care of they magically made it happen for me! They saved so many young ladies from breaking into tears! The order was truly ready right in time for photos & literally a couple hours before prom started. So when I was having a hard time finding a florist I thought why not give them a try again. The shop is smaller so it made me a little nervous, but I quickly realized that they are more than capable of handling large events. I am so overly pleased that I went with my instinct. So many businesses loose the human touch these days and don't understand what the value of a real customer relationship is. They were patient and took many phone calls over a 2 month period. The order was altered and changed a few times with not one complaint or sign of disappointment. Then on top of that the day before the wedding the bride changed the delivery time and they made it happen without any complaints! Truly impressive! Even I would have had a hard time holding my tongue with such an unsure client, but they handled it like a champ! To make it all even more amazing, their prices are extremely fair and they explained what made some flowers and services cost more than others. I personally know this information from experience, but most people don't and it allowed the bride to get so much more than she thought she could afford. They are an amazing husband and wife team. They are closed on Sundays but made an exception and was able to deliver & set up a complete arch way full of 3 XL cascading flower arrangements on Sunday  September 23, 2018 to the Wedgewood Golf Club of California in Fallbrook. They also supplied extra greenery so that some of the other decorations would all tie in together nicely. There was a total of 15 center pieces with blush spray roses and babies breath and 20 simpler versions of the center pieces for the bar area. The bridal party bouquets(8) were the perfect size and the brides bouquet (large round) was exactly what she had imagined and asked for. All the flowers were healthy and strong and they made sure to fully soak and mist all the arrangements that would be in the sun before they left. I was so impressed that they took the time to tell the wedgewood staff how to care for the flowers in the heat and that they even cleaned up everything spotless in the areas that they had to work in while assembling and hanging the arrangements. I honestly can't wait to get the chance to work with Santa Fe Flower Shop again. If you want a florist that will truly work with you, treat you like a real person, and that will give you fair prices than please go visit the Santa Fe Shop! Great job Santa Fe Flower Shop! Â The recipient of the bouquet of flowers was overcome with emotion (so she said- haha). Â The flowers looked fresh and abundant. Â Thanks for helping me uplift the spirits of my dear friend! Â SFFS was also super flexible with delivery when I realized the initial date was during the school's spring break! Â I couldn't get a hold of anyone in the shop, but wrote an email. Â I received a prompt response from Alex and he said he was able to deliver the following week. I had a great experience using this flower shop. I found them searching online. They delivered same-day, no delivery fee! Â I placed an online order for a sympathy bouquet, but I emailed right after to explain it was for a coworker who's dog passed away . They made her a beautiful cute 'All Dogs Go To Heaven' bouquet with a doggie made out of white flowers with a halo and wings. It was very sweet. Shelly at this place did a great job fixing up a gorgeous bouquet for my moms birthday. Â Was reasonably priced as well. -MarlanOk, they did it again. Called asking for a Valentine's Day bouquet with my wife's favourate colors. I wasn't sure they'd be able to put together something she'd enjoy since this was a surprise for my wife--and she wasn't able to give me blow by blow suggestions. I ordered online the Designer's choice bouquet. Was a surprise for my husband and first time I order a bouquet to Santa Fe. I called to explain what kind of flowers he likes. I was little bit nervous to send flowers without knowing how the bouquet will look like. The flowers were delivered the same day, on time. I ordered these flowers pretty last minute for Mother's Day and they made it on time! I don't live in the area and was pleased by the website, which was very easy to navigate. I'm not a flower expert, but they had so many great arrangements to choose from. I had a hard time deciding! The local delivery was free which is impossible to find elsewhere! I choose Santa Fe Flower Shop to create a beautiful arrangement for one of my loved one's memorial services. Â I sent them a picture to replicate and their creation was more big and beautiful than I even imagined. Â I was blown away by how amazing the flowers looked!! Â I wanted to give 5 stars, however...the card that was sent with the flowers misspelled the family's name that I have known forever and was not grammatically correct. Â This was very frustrating to me because even after I sent them a proof both through email and phone they still didn't get the card right. Â I had to explain the situation to the family because it was a little embarrassing. Â The family absolutely loved the flowers and so did I. Â I think I found my new favorite flower shop!! Im not from San Diego so i yelped a flower shop near my cousins area. I liked how the website was so easy to find what you want without having to go link to link to find the perfect bouquet. My cousins favorite color is purple so i decided to send her purple roses for her birthday. May i add free delivery if its in the area which is a huge plus! The only reason i am giving Santa Fe four stars is because the flowers look more pink than purple which was the only thing i was a little disappointed about. You will not be disappointed! I was so impressed with the arrangements we ordered for a recent event! The lady who took my order over the phone was so helpful and attentive. I walked in here in need of flower arrangements and the owners were welcoming and helpful. I wasn't sure about what type of flowers I wanted, but I knew what colors. The owners were very patient with me and handed me several books of arrangements so I can get an idea of what I wanted. They had great ideas and helped me find what I was looking for.
