A great website is one that fuses unique design and a positive user experience. A great website should be easy to use, clearly shows the services/products on offer and makes it easy to purchase or get in touch. Last but not least, it needs to be secure to protect against malicious activity.
SaneChoice have worked within the Technology sector for over 15 years and have broad knowledge of what works and - more importantly - what does not. All that experience becomes instantly available with every new project we start!
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
We believe that a strong discussion is the right way to go when starting a new project. Every website design is unique and our ethos is that we listen more than we talk to understand client needs.
What do you love most about your job?
Creating something for someone else so they can get ahead!
To us, there is nothing better than seeing a business grow and succeed. We feel proud to be trusted with that responsibility and help that business evolve.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We started SaneChoice due to many bad experiences within the technology service sector. We felt we could do better - especially with customer service aspects - and thus started SaneChoice. The rest is history.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are passionate and excited about businesses trying to grow. Every project we undertake gives us a chance to be part of something special all over again!
We believe in providing exceptional customer engagement and care and this ethos underpins everything we do. Technology Services are two-a-penny on the internet but what is genuinely missing is that individual and human-based customer service aspect.
