I engaged Sandy Eggo CNC to create a custom wood business sign for our small business. It was our logo and branding so it had to be executed on point and with precision. I provided Kyle, the owner, with a rough concept and he translated that into 3D rendering with exact measurements which allowed me to confirm the direction before he built it and helped me plan ahead for mounting. I'm photographer based in San Diego and I was looking to expand my photography business into doing photo booths for events. After doing some research I had some ideas on how I might have one built. A friend of mine suggested I contact Kyle at Sandy Eggo CNC. It was clear that building one myself was going to be beyond my expertise. So I gave him call and we met to discuss my ideas. Kyle had many ideas on what my options were. During the prototype process, I was able to bounce my ideas off of him as he took into account the technical aspects of making my unit. His suggestion allowed for a lighter weight unit that provides for the sturdiness required for the rigorous of event photography. I use Sandy Ego CNC quite often to cut the core of marquee letters I use for event lighting. I was a bit worried at first as I was using a local startup right around the corner from my office and noticed Kyle was a bit far from me. Well turns out Kyle does just about anything to make your life easier. He is downtown often and on most projects we just coordinate a meetup instead which saves me a long trip up North. I had an idea for wood signs that I wanted to have created and customized so I contacted Kyle at Sandy Eggo CNC to see if it was something he could do. He worked with me to make sure all the details were correct and the end result was fantastic! I had the signs made so I could give them as Christmas gifts. I was so excited about how they turned out I almost couldn’t wait until Christmas to have them opened! My family loved the signs and I even got one for myself. I manage and play on a men's softball team and one of my guys was leaving. I did some research on some different ideas related to softball and came acrossed a pretty cool custom wood wall hanger for bats. I search for local Woodworkers in my area and came acrossed Sandy Eggo CNC. I reached out the the owner and emailed him some ideas to see if it was something he can do, he said absolutely. He was able to send me a rendering of what I had thought of, and when I finally got the peace it blew my mind away he was even able to engrave my team name on the top part of the wall hanger.
