These guys are wonderful. I bought a rather expensive but faulty TV from a very reputable manufacturer and retailer and neither were prepared to accept that there was anything wrong with it. Sands took up the case on my behalf and fought my corner, resulting in the replacement of the whole panel and now I have the most amazing television that works perfectly. I couldn't be more delighted and if it wasn't for these people in Norwich who really cared about my situation, I would be £868 out of pocket watching a cloudy screen with a bad backlight bleed problem and feeling thoroughly robbed. My Sony Bravia television malfunctioned recently (gradually becoming orange during the morning.Having a warranty with Domestic and General I contacted the firm, and within 20 minutes I received notification stating that Sands TV Services would shortly be in contact with me to arrange for an initial inspection. After the inspection I was informed that it could not be rectified on-site, and would be taken to their workshop. Sands subsequently contacted me, and informed me that some replacement parts were required, and had been ordered.I was later contacted to say that the replacement parts had arrived at their workshop, and that the firm would deliver the television two days later. This was acceptable because I recognised that they have to organise their delivery service to minimize excessive mileage.It arrived, slightly earlier than advised, and was installed by the representative.Highly recommended. Excellent service!! My two year old Panasonic Tv failed on 21st of December. Completely dead. I contacted Sands TV who arrange for an engineer to call that day, surprising considering I live 25 miles from Norwich.
The engineer arrived as arranged and was very polite and informative. He collected the TV and left me a loan TV stating that they would struggle to get it repaired before Christmass.
I received a phone call the following morning with an estimate which I accepted .
To my surprise I received a phone call on Christmas Eve telling me my tv was ready and would I be there to accept delivery that day!!! TV was returned again as arranged and set up.
