Carlos cleaned the windows with water and brush but failed to squeegee down or dry them up. This left water marks all over windows. Apparently he had no work insurance to climb ladders even tho he carried ladders on top his van. Very shabby job - won’t use again. More...

Hi Ramil I will respect your comment but please don't forget to mention i told you on beginning we clean windows from the ground we don't claim ladders that's why we use wash and reach system, Insurance yes we have insurance but like a said to you Sir you live in flats and we can't use ladders because my insurance don't cover for us to use ladders for clean windows that's why we have extender poles ,about your windows marks you didn't mention anything about water marks we are more than happy to return and clean as your satisfaction.

Very unreliable, never responds to messages and unprofessional

Dreadful service. Very unreliable, came at different times/days and let themselves in when we were home. Cleaning fine but communication poor.
