What does your Journey to Success look like?
We help business owners and leader who are doing well, but know they can do better. Often times, this means:

They are frustrated their business has hit a plateau and they're unsure how to get to the next level of growth.

Other times, they find themselves spending too much time working IN their business, and can't commit the time working ON it, so it can run without them.

They often know they have the best solution or service for their clients, but just aren't hitting their business or financial goals.

[Most times it's a combination of many things]

What it comes down to is having a system and proven framework for success. Not a "color by numbers, fill-in-the-blank workbook... A system, including coaching and mentoring to maximize best practices and put processes in place so you can scale your business.

Who I Am:
I am the President and Owner of True North Performance advisors, a full service business consulting, training, and coaching organization. We are proudly partnered with Sandler Training - the world leader in Sales, Management, and Customer Care training.

I bring nearly 2 decades of organizational development, leadership, sales, and marketing experience -- Working in companies from Fortune 500 to Start Up.

I am proud to be active in the local community, as a business owner, board member of the Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce Small Business Council, and contributing writer to Lehigh Valley Business.

Who we work with:
Ideal clients span all industries. They are business owners or professionals in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and surrounding states who have a business, are doing OK, and are committed to getting better!

Why it Works:
We believe in the power of ongoing, incremental, reinforcement-based development. Traditional training and consulting often leaves individuals with great notes on a whiteboard or powerpoint presentation, and no responsibility for the actual execution! My goal with every client is to partner with them along their journey to success - On the phone, on the whiteboard, and in the trenches!

My style and our methodology isn’t for everybody, and I don't know your world. It’s often perceived as expensive and takes a large commitment of time. (That's not always the case)

If I can't help you - I'll gladly refer you out to someone who may be a better fit. (There's no use in wasting each other's time, right?)
