We saw the poster for the free service in our local food store and when we arrived it was very busy. The reception took us upstairs and me and my sister spoke to the owner of the company. They were very helpful and did not charge us to speak to them. Later on we registered and opened a file and their prices were very reasonable. We met with our caseworker and she helped us put our application together for citizenship. We have just received our positive results and we are very happy. Really happy with the support i received here. My first appointment was with Mr Ghazni when I needed to get citizenship for my husband. He guided us through the whole process and what documents we needed. It was much less stressful when the solicitor was able to put everything together.Although our wait time was longer than expected and we had to reschedule our holiday we got everything back okay. My husband needed citizenship so we went to their Nottingham branch. It was a great experience to speak to advisors face to face and Mr Ghazni was very helpful. He told us to find all the important documents and we gave them to our solicitor who got them back to the Home Office all correctly.It was much less stressful and now my husband is British - my family are very happy now and not worried. we can go away on holiday together now :):) It's been very stressful process but thank you for everything.
