Sami is an incredibly helpful and resourceful career coach/life coach. I initially sought out Sami's help during a career transition in a new city (Los Angeles). I was particularly looking for help on the best to approach to jobs I wanted and was qualified for (search strategy, resume/cover letter help, job interview preparation, etc.). Sami was far more helpful in all of those areas than I could have possibly expected. However, she also offered excellent bigger picture advice and strategies- on time management, goal setting, and changing lifestyle habits and techniques- all of which helped tremendously. Her guidance helped not only in the career transition process, but also in changing my overall habits and lifestyle to be more productive and at-my-best. Sami is a wonderful coach. She doesn't make any assumptions or ask leading questions. She is totally receptive to where you are now and will help you help yourself make the changes you want for your career or business. Before working with Sami, I was always working in my business with no time to assess my systems and operations. I was running around without any clear vision, hustling to keep my head above water. I recently attended one of Sami's goal setting and success workshops in LA. I'm a bit of a goal setting and productivity junkie, so I love these sorts of workshops even though I don't expect to learn anything new. Not the case with Sami's workshop. I was learning new goal setting techniques and productivity hacks along with everyone else in the room! It's only been two days, and I've put what I've learned to use with early results already coming in! To put it simply, Sami has helped me get out of my own way. So many of the skills and techniques she offered me, initially I was uncomfortable with, but knew I had to buy in to. I wasn't accustomed to facing my wildest dreams head on, and breaking them down into actionable steps. Over the last few years, I had gotten used to my lifestyle. While I wasn't happy with my job, it's what was familiar, and what I had already accepted as my reality. Her workshops always resonates with the women who attend because she's an amazing speaker whose beautiful smile brings comfort to the group. What do you love most about your job?

What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my career in the corporate sector in the Middle East in a prestigious, male-dominated field. By the time I was 26, I had a six-figure income, had been promoted to manager, and everyone thought that my path was set for life. This was it. I made it.
But did I?
I knew that something was missing. I found myself feeling empty and paralyzed.
I stayed in an unfulfilling job in order to gain outside approval. I constantly measured my worth by comparing myself to others. I fell into the dangerous trap that plagues millennials of having rigid expectations for various milestones in my life. It was a vicious circle in which all rules, standards and goals placed for me were not truly mine. The sacrifice of all of this was the complete neglect of who I truly was, and inevitably it left me feeling empty and unsatisfied.
I was continually questioning myself, “What if I don’t make as much money as so and so?”, “What if I make the wrong choice?”, “What would this person or that person, think of me?”, “Will my family agree with this choice?”
My perfectionism paralyzed me and I felt stuck and lost. The person I became wasn’t me.
I had spent the last decade studying human psychology, fascinated by the idea of why some people are successful while others are not. So why was my own success so unfulfilling?
After a lifetime of pleasing everyone but myself, I needed time to reflect and discover the best version of myself. I knew I loved connecting with people, listening, creating plans and living a life of purpose. So it was time to make a change, to rebel and do what I want. For me. I took the time to think about what would truly make me happy. And I did something daring. I left my previous life and all its achievements and expectations behind. I took a deep breath and plunged into my authentic self.
And everything started becoming clearer.

My studies began with a BA from UCLA. Later , pursing my passion, I earned Board-Certification in Life Coaching from the famous Tony Robbin’s Strategic Interventionist School and Life & Executive Coach Training Program.
