Sam is extremely knowledgeable in his field of work. For many months, I had a sewage type smell from the bathroom. I called many plumbers and builders over who couldn't figure out where the smell was coming from. Sam instantly knew it was coming from behind the tiles as he suspected the area hadn't been sealed off so sewage gases were getting through. Sam did not waste anytime at all. He instantly removed the tiles, without breaking any, fixed the issue and put it all back together again! Since then he has done tons of work for me around the flat and also for neighbouring flats. He is very punctual, realiable and very reasonably priced. Most importantly, he is honest and solves things in a very logical manner. I often do not write reviews, however Sam has impressed me so much that I had to write. Highly recommended! More...

Sam installed my new bathroom. He was professional, reliable, trustworthy and conscientious and made sure that everything was installed correctly.
He made sure that my bathroom was completed to my expectations and rectified any changes I wanted made. If there was something that had to be installed or checked which was beyond his capabilities, he made sure that he found someone qualified to do the job. He kept to the budget we had agreed on at the start of the project.
I am very pleased with his work and recommend Sam highly as I will definitely use his services again.
