Sam is a level 3 certified personal trainer currently based in Angel, Islington and specialises in female body transformations and nutritional guidance. Having come from a professional dance background, and starting Bounce! her regular rebounding classes in Islington, she then shimmied into the fitness industry where she wanted to help others achieve their goals, which were otherwise thought as unachievable.

Been working with this amazing woman for around 6 months now and the support she has offered me during my journey has been second to none. I couldn't ask for someone better. Sessions with Sam are challenging and fun and she is always pushing me to reach new heights. I couldn't recommend her highly enough!! More...

I started training with this amazing lady last year and Sam has totally changed my life and mind set!!! I am now feeling amazing everyday, more positive and most importantly still living life. Sam is all about balance, which is something I love!!! My training has now turned into my lifestyle. Sam pushes me every week and supports me 24/7. I came to Sam as a long-time fitness lover after a period of injury, hoping she could help boost my confidence and progress my training. My hopes were honestly met and succeeded! Sam is an incredible motivator with a conscientious attention to fitness principles, and holds the ability to really progress and develop your training.
