Very knowledgeable operators of this beautiful flower shop. They would talk and listen to the customer to suggest a product one is looking for. And even then they work around with the customers to make the flowers for the occasion unique which makes it special. Even on the weekend they had my flowers in stock, the prices were perfectly reasonable, they deliver them on one's behalf and this makes it great feeling for the event. Their flowers are unbelievable. The arrangements are full and beautiful - and they last forever. I surprised my wife who was going out-of-town for the weekend by leaving a rose in her car (parked outside at work then at Logan on a very warm weekend). It lasted over a week when she returned. He stayed within my price range, made suggestions, and emailed me a detailed receipt. I knew my family would be out when they were delivered, so they made arrangements to deliver my order early and left it with the neighbor. They even called me to keep me posted. This place knows customer service. I stopped through here one day when I needed a small gift, and I needed it fast. The guy who helped me (Anthony, I think) was so incredibly helpful and accommodating. He offered to plant a flower of my choice into a separate pot for no fee. Then, to top it all off, he took the time to create and add a beautiful bow...all for free. I wish this place was in my neighborhood.
