I started taking my daughter and a couple of her friends to the teen yoga classes. Danielle is amazing with these kids - she is teaching them so much more than Yoga. My daughter has less anxiety and more confidence because of what she’s learning at Salty Souls. After seeing the success my daughter was having (mind and body) I started taking the hottish yoga with Danielle. I go as often as possible and it’s a game changer! We held a kitten yoga party for my daughter’s birthday at Salty Souls. Danielle was friendly, sweet and a breeze to work with from start to finish. She was great with the kids and enjoyed sharing her love of yoga with them. The girls were quite excited to have adorable little kittens in the room and Danielle was patient and understanding of their excitement. The studio itself was clean and super cute even down to the signs in the restroom! The parent guests commented on how they loved the decorations, which the studio provided. The kids said it was the BEST PARTY EVER, some the best DAY ever! Of course my cat loving daughter was in heaven! This yoga studio is so serene, laid back, and low-ley. Don't let its hidden location for you.I love coming to restorative on Tuesdays early morning with Tiffany. Her voice is so soothing and I always come out so relaxed. Whenever I get a chance to go to the lunch classes with Danielle I also come - great way to re-energize me so I'm not lagging at work in the afternoon. Better than coffee!The space is beautifully decorated and so conducive to meditation. Warmer than most studios, but I actually prefer that. Always clean, with wonderful free organic tea in the front. They also sell pretty bracelets for a good price. Definitely a regular now and would recommend this studio to anyone. More...

Salty Souls Yoga has completely changed my life. Danielle has created such a beautiful space and has helped me overcome anxiety and physical injuries I sustained in a car accident through her gentle and challenging teaching. Salty Souls Yoga is the beat thing to ever happen to me and I can’t recommend Danielle and her teachers enough. I'm new to yoga and I feel so welcome here! I love Danielle's style of teaching and her light and sensitive energy. She instantly makes you feel welcome. I leave every class feeling calm, refreshed and positive. Yoga is great for your body, but even better for your mind. If you struggle with anxiety or panic attacks like me, I really couldn't recommend yoga and this particular studio enough - in a very short time, I've noticed that going regularly helps balance out my mood, I don't react to stress in the same way and my anxiety is infinitely more manageable than just a few short weeks ago.
