What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Creative / Design work:
Do you have a corporate profile to help us understand your business?
Specific formats and sizes of your brand touchpoint that we are to work on?
Who are we communicating to and what is the message you want to get across?
Website Development:
Do you have an existing brand identity / brand manual?
Do you have a corporate profile to help us understand your business?

What type of website is it?
Do you an idea of what pages you want to have on it?
General:
What is your budget?
What is the timing of your project?
Describe your creative process.
Establish specific requirements for the project from briefing received from client (we often ask a lot of questions at this stage)
Produce a budget for client approval
Once approved, we move ahead with creative development
We present initial ideas and concept for client feedback and input
We handle any changes and updates required by client
Proceed to final sign off and then final artwork
Proceed to print / production or development
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
A clear understanding of the brief and timeframe
Often a client will brief us, and then we will revert with a number of questions to clarify certain aspects
Once we are clear on brief, we will produce a cost estimate which will need to be approved and a deposit paid
Once we have the deposit, we book the creative work into studio

We love being able to help clients make their brand stand head and shoulders above the crowd, we are here to give your brand, and business the edge. We bring in excess of 30 years of creative branding experience to the table, and always our expertise working with all our clients.

We provide services online and remotely, so quite comfortable with this arrangement and process.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We work fully remotely - conducting most of our meetings via online platforms like Zoom. However, if clients want to meet face to face, we are happy to meet if practical, taking all necessary precautions with regards COVID-19.
