I have been going to Rada and her team close to 17 years. The customer service is 100% and has never waivered through the years. Always a pleasure watching the Salon Picasso team grow. They have accommodated me if its just for routine haircut or a special occasion such as my daughters wedding, hair and makeup (I felt very special that day). I especially love the passion Rada has for her business in Abbotsford. As we are two women in this growing business community we have a lot in common and it is encouraging to see the passion. I have been seeing Radha for years for cut and colour. She’s excellent at what she does and will do an excellent job with your hair. Absolutely love her cuts, she goes over and over with layering and perfecting. She does initial cut then dries and flat irons, then finishes the cut. Although I haven’t had an up-do or make-up done by her, I know she does a lot of wedding parties and loves it. She’s also teaching her own beauty classes. LASH SERVICE - Joanne at Picasso does my lashes here and she is the BEST in Abbotsford. I’ve been to enough places to compare and remain loyal to her. She does the job right and it looks fabulous, she never glues more than one lash (even for volume) which is how it is supposed to be. Simply put she knows what she is doing. Joanne is also very professional, and her operation is clean and hygienic. I have switched all kinds of service providers due to ignoring the rules of cross contamination so I am picky about this. I am constantly stopped on the street or at the bank or grocery store and complimented on my lashes and I always send them to Joanne at Picasso. Even my husband always notices and compliments me on the results. I will not go anywhere else! If you’re new to lashes, or just for a special event, or everyday lashes, or not really happy with your current place, GIVE her a try! I promise she will make you happy! I was recommended to go here by a friend of mine. I was in a pinch and needed my hair cut badly. I booked with Sheena. I have been back 3 times since and will continue to go. The salon makes you feel welcomed and beautiful. Sheena gives the best hair washes I have ever had ...the first time I met her I asked her if I could just come in for the hair wash! She also got the colour I wanted in my hair perfect. I never know what I want for a style or cut...so I'm probably not the easiest client..I say things like not too short, not too blonde and just make it look better haha. Sheena has got it every time. Sheena was great, she let me explain what I was going for and clarified before making the big chop. She gave me recommendations as we went along but never once used hair stylist speak (sounds like alien to us non hair folk) She took her time and asked me how I was feeling every step of the way. And when it came to product she didn’t push, which was nice. I felt like I wasn’t being sold just genuinely recommended something that will enhance my hair. I got hair extensions done at another hair salon and they turned out aweful and so far from what I wanted. I came to salon Picasso to see what they could do to fix the mess the other salon made my hair. They took out the other extensions and put in new ones that matched my hair perfectly! She blended it to my real hair and it looks great:) the woman who did it was very nice and made good conversation which made the time pass quickly! so pleased with my experience here I can’t wait to go back!
