Sally has transformed me. I’ve been training with her twice a week for 7 months and I’m thrilled with the results. Interesting and motivating. She has taken loads of care to make sure that everything is safe with close monitoring of my core and limiting what I could do initially, which had I tried on my own I would have been doing lots of the "wrong" things. Can't recommend her enough for anyone as she definitely keeps you on track but particularly post natal ladies, as Sally understand time limitations and works with you to make your goals realistic and achievable but will always push you out of that comfort zone, which I like!
