We spoke to numerous mortgage advisors and it seemed they were out more to get what they could for their own pockets rather than what was in the best interest for me and my family. I had unique circumstances as we were buying a house when I was on maternity leave but Natasha Cooke at safe hands was amazing. She got us an amazing deal with cash back which helped us out during maternity pay. She also got a back up option just in case. She stayed communicated with us the whole time and was prompt and effective. She also went above and beyond for us contacting an estate agent on a weekend to verbally advise our mortgage was agreed in principle in order for it to be taken off the market for us. I don’t think I would ever use a different mortgage advisor. When it comes to renewing my mortgage in 2 years time, safe hands is the only option I would look at for it. More...

We used Mike at Safe Hands Mortgages through a recommendation of a close friend. We were having some difficulties in finding a suitable mortgage for our second house move. We were in a stressful situation but once explained to Mike he was very reassuring and sorted it all out for us and even managed to secure us a great deal/interest rate!
